The actress did not even issue any statement before removing her profile from the internet and netizens believe that the actress took this step because she was receiving hate and criticism online.

But, what caught the attention of the netizens was Ayesha's shocking transformation after undergoing plastic surgery, lip job, and other cosmetic procedures.
