TV actor Gurcharan Singh, who became a household name as 'Roshan Singh Sodhi' from 'Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah', has been missing for more than 10 years. There is no trace of him for the last 10 days. The police have registered a case of kidnapping based on the complaint of Gurucharan's father and several teams have been formed to trace the actor. But, no information has been revealed till now. Now questions are being raised about whether the actor himself had 'planned' to go missing.

Gurucharan Singh was last seen on 22 April. His father lodged a missing complaint four days later, saying, 'My son Gurucharan Singh, age: 50 years, left for Mumbai at 8:30 am on April 22. He went to the airport to catch the flight. Gurucharan neither reached Mumbai nor returned home and his phone is also not available. He is mentally fit and we were searching for him, but now he is missing.

In Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, Gurucharan Singh was seen in the role of Roshan Singh Sodhi. Through this character, he always brought a smile to people's faces.
