Puneeth Rajkumar was an Indian Kannada actor, background singer, TV celebrity, and film producer. Puneet died due to a heart attack on 29 October 2021. Puneeth Rajkumar, colloquially known as Appu, has worked mostly in Kannada cinema. He won the National Film Award for Best Child Artist for his role in Ramu. Puneeth Rajkumar also won the Karnataka State Award for Best Child Artist for Chalisuva Modagalu and Yeradu Nakshatragalu.
