Nick Jonas' real name is Nicholas Jerry, and he was born on September 16, 1992 at Dallas, Texas. He is a popular American singer-songwriter, musician, and actor. Nick started his theatre journey when he was 7 years old. Jonas started the boy band the Jonas Brothers with Kevin and Joe and achieved great success while working with the Disney Company.

Although he and his two elder brothers used to play music in childhood, his career started by accident. When he was six years old, he was caught singing in a hair salon where his mother was getting her haircut. When he was seven years old, he was given a chance to act on Broadway as Tiny Tim in A Christmas Carol with Frank Langella in 2000, as a professional show business manager recommended him. Besides Annie Get Your Gun (2001) and Beauty and the Beast (2002), he also appeared in other Broadway musicals, mainly as a replacement.

Later, Nick Jonas was featured in Les Miserables (2010), Hairspray (2011), and How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying. He co-wrote a song with his father that was included in Broadway’s Greatest Gifts: Joy to the World (A Christmas Prayer). The first volume of Carols for a Cure. After the release of 4, he released his debut single on Christian Radio through INO Records and an album of compilations. They gained a lot of fame due to their single S.O.S, which was released on August 3, 2007. The song reached number 20 on the Billboard Hot 100 and sold more than 1.5 million copies in the US.
