'Medical Dreams' will show the story of three students Shri, Dhwani, and Samarth who are preparing for NEET. All of them come from different family and social backgrounds. Students have to face many difficulties to get success in NEET, one of the toughest exams in the country.

Guiding them in this difficult journey is Subrat Sinha, who is a biology teacher at Allen Coaching. His inspirational teaching style inspires students not only to succeed in the exams but also to move ahead in life.
