Fardeen said in the latest interview that he had taken a break due to personal reasons, but he never thought that his break would be so long.

To this the actor replied- When I had decided to move away from the industry in 2020, I needed time for myself
I deliberately took a few years off. But I didn't think it would be so many years. I wish I hadn't taken such a long gap
Because a lot has changed in the past years. The audience has changed. People have changed. In such a situation, it was very difficult to make a comeback as a newcomer
I am thankful to those who believed in me and gave me this chance. Fardeen thanked all the directors including Sanjay Leela Bhansali with whom he is working after his comeback
