Dinesh Phadnis was born in Bihar, India on November 2, 1996. But he brought up and completed his education in Mumbai. Since his childhood, he has been interested in acting and writing. Dinesh also participated in many cultural events and competitions. He used to do comedy and mimicry and entertain by his jokes to his friends and families.

Dinesh Phadnis started his career with a Marathi film Bharla Ha Malavat Raktan which was released in 1993. Dinesh also got a chance to play the role of an inspector in the 1999 Bollywood film Sarfarosh. In 2000 he did a cameo role in the superhit film Mela.

Dinesh Phadnis died on 5th December 2023 in Mumbai. The cause of the death is said to be multiple organ failure. Dinesh Phadnis was admitted to the Tunga Hospital in Mumbai on 4th December 2023. He also suffered a heart attack. He is on a ventilator in the hospital due to a heart attack.
