Anupam Kher's wife Madhu (Neena Kulkarni) says to him, 'We have fulfilled our responsibilities throughout our life, now we will enjoy life a little. It has been 35 years since our marriage, it is our anniversary, may we not be affected by the evil eye. He replies, 'If we did not get affected by the evil eye in 35 years, then how will we get affected by the evil eye now'. But, evil eye does happen. Madhu reaches the hospital bed and many realities are revealed to her husband (Anupam Kher).

The immense cost of treatment and on top of that, no guarantee of life from the doctors... How the attitude of children can change in old age is shown in the film. Her son counts the immense money being spent on Madhu's treatment and also asks the doctors to stop artificial treatment. The reality is revealed to Anupam Kher. To say that the trailer of the film is the truth of the entire society would be a generalization. But, it is definitely the truth of a part of the society.

After losing hope from his sons, a helpless father begs in front of his daughter. When he is unable to afford expensive treatment, the doctors advise him to take her to a cheaper hospital. The separation of the life partner, the reality of family and society... Overall, the trailer is quite touching. The punching line is, 'It is very painful to lose someone, but the fear of losing someone is extremely terrifying'. The trailer of the film also exposes the truth of the medical field.

The Signature Movie Release Date

This film is going to be released on the OTT platform ZEE5. The film will premiere on October 4. The film is directed by Gajendra Ahire. Anupam Kher has also shared the trailer of the film on Instagram and wrote the caption, 'There are some films in my career that challenged the actor inside me and gave me the opportunity to give my all and also made me realize some aspects of life. The story of #TheSignature is something like this. If at any time in your life, someone is struggling with life in the hospital and you are helpless, then the story of this film can shake you.
